Summary
Research shows that around 85% of event organizers believe that virtual events are here to stay. Additionally, 91% of organizers believe hybrid events play an important role in future event planning. I worked on the hybrid event maps configurator in Event Setup for event organizers and the attendee map experience which lives in the Companion Mode for in-person attendees.

Summary
For large events, the management of participating sponsors/exhibitors is a complicated and disjointed experience. I worked on an easy exhibitor management page in Event Setup that allows organizers to manage exhibitors, edit details, delegate editing to exhibitor representatives, and customize sponsor tiers. I also designed the attendee-facing exhibitor/sponsor pages in the event lobby.

Summary
Hubs from Zoom Events enable robust collaboration in event creation, co-editing, and management of shared assets. I worked on workshops to improve collaboration between Hub Hosts/Owners, recording management, and a calendar to help reduce event planning overlaps within the hub.
